Tallow has a high smoke point & is often used for frying baking and sautéing. It can be used in place of butter or oil in savory dishes and helps to reduce the use and consumption of PUFA's. Let's bring it back to our ancestors with simple, clean products that nourish our bodies.
Our beef Cooking Tallow comes in 16 oz tubs and is best when stored in a cool, dry place or the freezer for longer term storage.
